Strong Points: She's strong willed, determined if something goes inside her head, smart and quick thinker.
Weak points: She can tend to be a bit desperate to try and literally chain up a man to her, and that desperation can be very evident at times. This can lead to her doing the most ridiculous and unbelievable things just to get a male to marry him, specially if he is of royal blood.
About Rinna:
Rinna is just a singular mermaid that lives in the Smáragdos Lake, along with others of her kind. Mermaids in her world are only one gender: females, and this tends to bring up some problems for the humans that live next to them.
They also like to attract humans next to them, to either satisfy their hunger (although, they can eat any meat they have at their reach) or their sexual urges, having a high preference for males, over females, leaving this last just for feeding purposes. To get what they need, they resort to many tricks, from flirting, lies, using their charming voices or even magic, if they know how to cast spells.
Rinna is no exception to all this customs, still, she has a higher goal: marrying a royal human, because doing so, would enable her to switch between legs and tail at will, instead of needing semen to do so every time, which would let her explore more of the world and catch more preys easily, instead of waiting for then to approach.
For her own disgrace, Rinna has a slight trauma with her age, feeling old and that life goes fast without being able to accomplish her wish. (She's the oldest of the sirens that live in the lake) This leads her to resort to the most ridiculous and nasty methods and tricks to try and catch a male, more specifically, any royal bloodline male, she can even try drugs, hypnosis, lies, manipulation, magic, and practically anything that could make her reach her goal.
She's quite skilled and smart, and knows a fair amount of spells that she can cast without the need of any external agent (namely, wands and the likes). She's not very strong, but she can take down orcs with her power.
Not everything in Rinna is just her obsession to marry a royal man, she also enjoys fun and learning new things, but as any other mermaid, her nature is selfish and tricky, and sometimes even dangerous.
She's good friends with Gon, leader of the the Leprechauns, with whom she has a slight liking towards. Sometimes, he's up to help her on her tricks just for the fun of it, being kind of a good ally for her and sometimes a bit more...
Her body has some singularities, due to her species, starting with her lack of navel (they hatch from eggs) and her absence of nipples in her breasts, replaced with orifices that act like mouths on them, allowing her to do some interesting stuff. Her claws are strong as steel, and can easily peel a person for feeding.
