Harumi: Learns fast, and is easy going, so it's easy to teach her new things. She is able to adapt to anything, while keeping her main ideals of justice and well being.
Akemi: Unbreakable sense of justice, she's pretty much calm and relaxed, which allows her to study and predict her opponents. Skilled at investigation. Has good memory. Analitycal.

Weak Points:
Harumi: She can be pretty naive and impulsive at times, which can lead her to be in tight situations. She doesn't have full control of her power, which means she's at disadvantage at times.
Akemi: She's pretty protective with her sister, which can lead her to lose control and enrage with ease if Harumi is in danger or hurt, while she can still control her power when enraged, she becomes more unpredictable and wild.

About Harumi and Akemi:

Both girls are the result of an extensive experiment held in a human laboratory, which consisted in creating heavily genetically modified bodies that could sustain transferred consciences to them. After many tries, the bodies of Harumi and Akemi were created, based on a popular video game franchise.

Finally, the scientists chose two personalities to transfer from a digital database into both of them, and successfully, the new born females opened their eyes to life for the first time into the world of blood and flesh.

Both Harumi and Akemi's bodies are organic, but were stabilized using an unknown serum that prevent's them from age externally, although they can still die by age or other means. Their actual forms were achieved as soon as their consciences took complete control over their respective bodies, molding small things like hair color, or even body features.

The girls were given to be trained by one of the scientists leading the project: a muscular thug whose purpose was to use them as weapons to try and take over his own system and government. Unfortuntely for both Haru and Akemi, the man had also twisted tastes and kinks, which he enforced in his training. This brought Harumi to like bondage, pet play and anal sex, while Akemi developed a love for paizuris, cum, and having the lead in sex and bondage sessions. They also began to direct to the man as their Master.

At the same time, the scientist noticed they also inherited the ability to bend electricity in an almost instinctive way, and began training them physically and mentally in order to become stronger and use them as his weapons to take over his own human fellows.

One fateful day, one of the other experiments in the lab broke free, wrecking havoc and killing everyone who was working in there in the process. Akemi managed to escape from her cell and took Harumi with her. Unfortunately, during the confusion, Akemi lost sight of her sister, who witnessed Kanna murdering their Master. Harumi attempted to fight her, but kanna was way too strong for her to handle. By fortune, on the last minute, Akemi rescues her sister from a certain death and runs away with her.

Since that day, the only goal both girls have is to avenge their former Master, but also, they seek to stop Kanna from destroying the human city and take over it, as well as the whole world, as she wishes.

While Harumi is a happy and optimistic girl, she also has a big insecurity, as she can't fully control her power yet. She is eager to learn and seek for anything that could help her be more efficient. Akemi on the other hand, is the calm and centered woman, always having a good advice and calming her sister when she feels desperate. Still, Akemi can become a true rage monster if her sister is injured or in imminent danger, also true injustice can trigger this behavior.

Akemi also represes her full potential: She learned to keep it under control keeping her eyes shut. Eventually, she also learned to release her full power and control it under a technique called "Karma" in where she unleashes her 100%, while also being devastating, the main reason she doesn't use it often.

Harumi on the other hand has a permanent unleashed state, in where her power is accessible at all times, but being she, unable to control such an amount, she's at the moment, being weaker then her sister, who helps her in learning her nature and how to handle it.

In the mean time, as both sisters try to hunt Kanna, Harumi will seek to protect and help people in Oblivion City, learning about herself in the process, while her sister will look to investigate further and learn about their foe -also helping her sister when in dire situations-, as well as the city they are now trying to save, even despite the Contention Elite Command, who seek to hunt them down, considering both girls and Kanna equally dangerous and mortal.

Finally, both girls are kinky and open to many stuff, specially Harumi, since she's learning about herself. They like bondage and naughty games, and can even share lovers. Akemi on the other hand, absolutely hates unfaithfulness and cheating. She would obligue in open relations tho, as long as there is communication and transparency, this is specially true if her sister asks her to join in anything.

Abilities and Techniques Section:

Note: This section is divided in two, to cover both Harumi and Akemi's powers,

Harumi:

Impact Truenum: With some concentration, Harumi can shoot electricity rays from her palms and soles. She can also control it to shoot small discharges from her fingers. Sometimes this technique can be used to impulse herself.
Faux Hyper Celeritas: Using some Impact Thunder under her feet, Harumi is able to increase her speed to surpass lightning speed. This also helps her to climb buildings and very tall places easily.
Impact Shock: If anyone manages to grab her, by instinct, she will release a high voltage current through her body, shocking anything that is in contact with her, since she cant' control this, she doesn't do it by herself still, otherwise, she could damage herself. As for now, she can only do this when she''s under a hold or a grab, strill practicing being able to do this as a protective shield.
Expanded Impact Truenum: If Harumi finds herself in a body of water, she can transfer current to it, causing a bigger damage when releasing her Impact Truenum. This can instantly affect anything that is on contact with the same water body where she is.
Ultimate Shake: Pretty much like Impact Shock, except it's done with water, causing severe damage to anyone that touches her. She can't fully control this, and doesn't really often use it.
Shiva Extension - 100 Years Gate: Charging some current, she' is able to increase the speed of her movements, being able to land 100 hits in "one blow" She moves so fast she looks like she has 100 arms or legs, depending where she releases the attack.

Akemi:

Maxima Impact Truenum: Pretty much an enhanced and more potent version of Impact Truenum, Akemi can control more aspects of it, like being able to divide the lightnings in may others as she release them.
Hyper Celeritas: Naturally inherited, Akemi is able to travel at speeds beyond light.
Maxima Impact Shock: She is able to cover her body in true electricity, becoming unable to be hit.
Expanded Impact Truenum: Much like Harumi, she can expand her destructive power by using water bodies or rain.
Karma: Akemi normally represses her power by having her eyes closed, if she opens her eyes, she releases her full maximum capacity and augments her vibrattion ratta considerably.
Sky Exclamation: When Karma is released, Akemi is able to alter the weather, causing clouds to converge and creating high electrical activity. This also causes her to be stronger than usual, enhancing her reach and damage potential. This also causes rain, which enables her to use her water-related abilities.
Shiva Extension - 1000 Years Gate: Similar to Harumi's own Shiva Extension, Akemi moves so fast that looks like she has 1000 arms or legs, instead of 100 like her sister. This ability becomes especially dangerous if she releases her Karma.
Precognita: By default, since Akemi doesn't open her eyes, she relies in her other senses to learn and feel about her surroundings, this ability let's her see, without using her eyes.
