Basically, he's based on that popular leyend religions like to spit out everytime, just with a slight change. He's not a demon, but a member of a race of people that is popularily confused by angels. Nature has been funny with him, making his appearance andogynous, and kinda feminine looking. Fortunately for him, his society is more open regarding sexual identities and / or prefferences, even he's considered a symbol of beauty and aesthetics.
Sadly, he's way too pride, and that leaded him to try to take over his race, a war that ended in him being exiled. In fact he's part of a bigger thing, something that has direct relation to concepts like balance, yin-yang (he can be interpreted as the yin), darkness-light, gods of creation-destruction... all that shit.
His personality can be probably resumed in one word: Naughty, but more in the whole, very whole context of this word. While he can be very kind and even too soft in his personal treatment. (he dislikes rude and too "savage" people, in terms of manners) His pride and hunger for power can lead him to be practically un-empathic, and utilize whatever / whoever he needs in order to achieve his goals. He's totally a lover of pleasures, and that can include a wide variety of items: food, music, arts, aesthetics, sex... In general, he looks and behaves very easy going, with somewhat acid sense of humor.
He totally hates what he considers ugly people, absence of manners, others tellng him what to do / giving him orders, and confinement. He's bisexual with no particular choice, and likes a variety of sexual games to do with his partners. He also has many abilities, that range from allowing himself to change his appearance into mny forms he wants, to even proyecting massive amounts of energy (Ki) in the form of blasts.
